within 24 hours of purchase. Include your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist before your parcel leaves our hands.

Felici Jewellery does not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Exchanges are only available if an item arrives faulty or damaged.
Returns:
Returns are accepted only for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@felici-jewellery.com
within 48 hours of receiving it so we can assist you.
We do not accept returns for tarnished metal. For proper care tips, please see our Jewellery Care page.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required If your return is approved, you can choose from the following options:
- Store credit
- Exchange for the same item (if available)
- Refund to your original payment method
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
